Warranty

We're delighted to offer you the assurance of a lifetime guarantee and an exclusive 5-year warranty of specific quality and durability on all our mosaic art masterpieces. However, if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described; you may return it for a full refund. Please see below for more information.

Returns

You have 14 days to return your items from the date you received the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by e-mail sales@mosaicmasterpiece.co.uk.

However, if the order wasn't shipped yet and you didn't approve the final design, you can cancel the order. But, if the final design has been approved, you will be reimbursed 75% of the value of your mosaic if you wish to cancel the order excluding custom orders.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

• The goods are in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized; Custom Mosaics (as we provide photos of completed work for approval prior to shipping, any mosaics created from your own images cannot be returned).

• Sale items on clearance at 50% off.

• Mosaic kit, colour chart, and samples.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Please note that the client will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to our warehouse in Turkey, Istanbul.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

To initiate the return process for your mosaic, please get in touch with us at sales@mosaicmasterpiece.co.uk and request a Returned Goods Authorization form.

Complete all the required information on the form and include it along with your return shipment. Please note that any returned item lacking proper documentation or prior authorization may result in a delay in processing your refund. Ensuring the proper paperwork accompanies your return will facilitate a smooth and timely refund process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will thoroughly inspect the condition of the mosaic. If it is found to be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you, we will proceed with processing a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please note that refunds may take a little while to reflect on your credit card statement. However, rest assured that we will promptly notify you via email once your return has been processed.
